So far, so good. No new material for me, but some encouragement that I need. I will journal a food protocol that I did for two months last January and February that was aimed at inflammation and identifying food intolerances. Was very restrictive and I learned I don't have any food intolerances that I could identify. Worst part, caused severe constipation. Didn't reduce inflammation and I had to use medical route after all to deal with my auto immune disease called vasculitis. My husband wondered what French men eat?

FAQ

  • Is this program a diet?

    No. This program is NOT a diet. Diets have you giving up things you such as passing on whole food groups, counting calories or getting use to complex dietary programmes. Oh, and did I say they will make you feel miserable too? This ecourse on the other hand is a regime that shows you how to apply some simple principles to help you change your attitude to food and eating. You will discover how to eat like French women, get rid of your guilt and stress around food, and hopefully you will enjoy life again.

  • I have special dietary requirements. What can I do?

    First and foremost, you should never eat anything that you shouldn't, even if you want to! If you have special dietary requirements, you should consult your health care professional before embarking on this ecourse. Eat Like A French Woman is about changing your attitude to food and you can apply that to whatever dietary requirements you have as long as you keep those in mind.

  • Can you guarantee that I will lose weight?

    ​Nobody, no doctor or dieting guru, and not me, can guarantee you will lose weight. Such a guarantee is impossible. Apart from taxes and death, nothing is guaranteed in life lol. However, what you will get is a way of eating that reconnects you to your food, that will give you pleasure and enjoyment.
